Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a science field.
• Previous sales experience in relevant domain.
• Fluency in spoken and written English essential.
• Regional market knowledge.
Geologist
The Geologist studies well logs, analyzes cores and cuttings from well drillings, and interprets data from imaging and dipmeter tools to determine formation structural and stratigraphic properties. The results are used to deliver additional information such as fracture identification, stress orientation, and sand count and in more advanced interpretations related to grain size and facies analysis. This position requires worldwide mobility with no restrictions.
Successful Geologists have strong teamwork, presentation, and people skills. They enjoy working face to face with clients and have the adaptability required to perform in a consulting services environment.
Responsibilities:
Work with subsurface team to prepare conceptual and detailed basis of design for well completions.
Prepare surface and subsurface maps and diagrams that depict stratigraphic arrangement and composition of the field or location.
Generate structural model of prospect including seismic interpretation and analysis, geologic interpretation, rock property analysis, mapping, structural framework creation in time, and depth conversion.
Perform facies modeling.
More senior candidate will mentor the technical community, exploration geoscientists, and technicians assigned to a common project.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in geology.
• Minimum 4-5 years of related industry experience.
• Fluency in Spanish for certain locations and proficiency in English.
• Experience in solid clastic reservoirs.
• Hands-on experience with Petra, and other industry software programs.
• Experience in operations geology and cross-discipline experience with production and reservoir engineering or drilling desirable.
Geophysicist
The Geophysicist evaluates and interprets geophysical and seismic data together with geologic evidence to provide best-of-class results and services to our clients. Expertise is applied to locate appraisal and development wells, analyze interpretations, and work is performed within multidisciplinary teams, mainly in client offices.
Responsibilities:
Condition well data for seismic data processing and for integration within projects.
Apply geophysical interpretation for prospect development or as an input to geologic models for fluid flow simulation.
Interpret seismic data for multiple purposes depending on project requirements.
Use inversion data to calculate reservoir properties and to establish background or low-frequency model and velocity trends for inversion of seismic data to absolute acoustic impedance.
Generate synthetics, perform well tie analysis, and build velocity models by integration of well- and seismic-derived velocity fields and trends, depth conversion, depth residual analysis, and associated uncertainty for depth prediction.
Perform structural analysis for fault, fracture, and regional structural style identification.
Analyze fault sealing properties and trapping mechanism.

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in geophysics, earth sciences or physical sciences.
• 3-5 years of experience in a seismic interpretation position
• Familiar with geologic and geophysical portfolio and services of Schlumberger Information Systems and general understanding of the product portfolio.
• Understanding of direct and geostatistical modeling techniques (neural networks, classical statistical methods, etc.) at application level.
Reservoir Engineer
The Reservoir Engineer is a key technical contributor who identifies solutions that are clearly relevant to client needs and that impact Schlumberger business. Responsibilities include assisting with introduction of new technologies and answer products. Working in the arena of reservoir engineering but with a good understanding of other technical domains, a Reservoir Engineer understands the interaction and overlap with other disciplines on multiple client projects. This position requires worldwide mobility with no restrictions.
Successful Reservoir Engineers have strong teamwork, presentation, and people skills. They enjoy working face to face with clients and have the adaptability required to perform in a consulting services environment.
